Free Cancellation
- Hotel bookings cancelled 24+ hours before check-in: full refund
- Restaurant table reservations cancelled 2+ hours in advance: no charge
- Banquet bookings cancelled 30+ days before event: full advance refund
Partial Refund
- Hotel bookings cancelled 12–24 hours before check-in: 50% refund
- Banquet bookings cancelled 15–30 days before event: 50% advance refund
- Food orders cancelled within 10 minutes of placing: full refund
No Refund
- Hotel bookings cancelled less than 12 hours before check-in
- No-show reservations without prior cancellation notice
- Food orders cancelled after preparation has started
- Banquet bookings cancelled less than 15 days before the event
